2nd MaXercise fitness class completed and this week I really felt like I smashed it!!!
My mum even came to this one, she really enjoyed it, she was really nervous as it’s her first exercise class in years and she has recently had surgery, but Jamie gave her so much support and even the group clapped her when she completed some challenging moves! So proud of her
I am really starting to feel the benefits now, especially as Jamie has been challenging me to 60 sit ups every night!
I went into tonight’s class ready to work harder than last week and even one of the girls said to me “you have improved from the last class”
Weigh in day Sunday! BRING IT ON!
