Well… first MaXercise fitness class done!! 1 hour of pure fun fitness including cardio, all round body workout and kickboxing.

This is just the start… apparently the instructor went “easy” ? on me today.

I thoroughly enjoyed this evening, everyone helped me especially when I had no idea how to punch! ? and I don’t mean a person! ? just a focus pad ?.

Two of my best friends attended the fitness class with me and we all felt the benefit of the intense exercise, although they did witness me falling flat on my face at one point- no change there girls!

I’ve eaten very healthy since I began this challenge on Monday, I haven’t had any chocolate in 3 days ? and that is first for me!

The countdown is now on for the next weigh in… 3 more sleeps!!!
